Soil: limestone gravel with clay

Yield: 5.000 kg/ha

Vinification: manual selection in the wineyard, harvest in three different cycles in one month, fermentation in stainless-steel tanks,  followed by development on the lees for another six months, combined in April,

Description: Very fruity nose, nuances of apricot and peach,fresh minerality with good acidity and a lively finish.

Recommended Pairings: interesting all-rounder, delightful as an aperitif or on its own, lovely as an accompaniment to light fish dishes, vegetable dishes and asparagus.
