Very fruity nose, nuances of apricot and peach,fresh minerality with good acidity and a lively finish.

Recommended Pairings:

Interesting all-rounder, delightful as an aperitif or on its own, lovely as an accompaniment to light fish dishes, vegetable dishes and asparagus.
